1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using almedinadates.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice
- Product availability is subject to stock
- Product images are for illustration purposes
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Payment must be received before dispatch
- We accept payment via PayFast (credit/debit cards, EFT)
- Order confirmation will be sent via email
4. Delivery
- Delivery within 3-7 business days (South Africa)
- Delivery costs calculated at checkout
- Risk passes to customer upon delivery
- Delays beyond our control are not our responsibility
5. Returns & Refunds (Consumer Protection Act)
- 7-day cooling-off period from receipt
- Products must be unopened and in original condition
- Perishable goods cannot be returned unless defective
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt
- Customer pays return shipping unless product is defective
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al-Medina Dates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
